Dipslide for bacterial testingOriginally, it was used to address various physical, chemical, and microbial changes that occur in samples during the transportation of media. Due to its portability, ability to maintain various properties of samples, and high cost-effectiveness, it is widely used for the detection of various fluids such as industrial water systems, cooling water, production and packing water.
Monitoring the total bacterial count can be used to ensure the safety and hygiene quality of products in fields such as drinking water, swimming pools, food, pharmaceuticals, and hospital environments. In addition, yeast and mold are common microorganisms in outdoor environments, and they may breed in damp or damaged buildings, floors, ceilings, and air conditioning systems. Detecting yeast and mold can help detect potential indoor environmental issues early and take appropriate preventive and control measures to prevent further microbial growth and health risks.
Pyxis Dipslide AB-T&YM-R is mainly used for semi quantitative testing of bacteria, yeast, and mold, helping users to timely detect and solve microbial problems, maintain system efficiency and performance, and ensure that water quality and environment meet relevant requirements. The AB-T&YM-R series are double-sided bacterial test strips, with one side used for detecting bacteria and the other side used for detecting yeast and mold. Widely used in various industries such as cooling water, swimming pools, chemical industry, and food.
Typical applications
Cooling water, swimming pools, chemical industry, food and other industries

Precautions for storage and use
1. The shelf life of Dipslide AB-T&YM-R test strips is 6 months. If colonies have already grown on the test strips before testing, please discard them immediately.
2. Direct sunlight and high temperatures can cause water loss and indicator failure in agar. Please store this product in a cool and dry place, with the optimal storage temperature being 12-25 ℃.
3. Dipslide AB-T&YM-R bacterial test strips must be kept sealed before use, and must be used immediately after being unscrewed. They cannot be reused.
4. Changes in temperature and humidity during storage can cause sterile condensed water to form inside the bacterial test tube, but have no impact on the results themselves.
During the process of microbial reproduction, adverse odors may be produced. It is recommended to wear relevant protective equipment before opening the lid for observation.
6. After use, the test strips should be disposed of reasonably according to local regulations, and can be sterilized by high temperature and high pressure wet heat. After soaking in disinfectant overnight, they should be thrown into the waste bin.
